ROCK HILL — A drunk teenager was arrested after police caught him dancing on the rooftops of buildings in downtown Rock Hill during the city's St. Patrick's Day on Main Festival, according to a Rock Hill police report.

Police say the 18-year-old Rock Hill man was dancing on buildings in the area around Caldwell Street. After getting down, the teen was "very intoxicated" and could barely walk a straight line. The teen admitted he was too drunk to be walking around, the report states.

The teen was charged with public disorderly intoxication and taken to Rock Hill City Jail.
