ROCK HILL — A Rock Hill teenager was charged with assault after police say he attacked his sister Wednesday afternoon, causing her to fall into a DVD stand.
At about 4:30 p.m., police were called to a Friedheim Road house after a woman, 19, said her brother, 15, punched her in the face with his fist after coming home from school, according to a Rock Hill Police report.
