Police: Handicap shopping cart stolen from Rock Hill Walmart

— Police are looking for a man driving a red SUV after the unknown thief stole an electric shopping cart used by disabled and handicapped customers from the Rock Hill Wal-Mart, according to a police report.

The theft around 7:30 p.m. Thursday was captured on video surveillance but no arrest has yet been made.

The cart is valued at $700.
