Truck crashes in Rock Hill after police chase

A man accused in a hit-and-run crash in Chester County led police on a six-minute chase into Rock Hill on May 24. The driver wrecked the truck he was driving at Thomas Concrete mixing plant. The truck was partially submerged into a shallow pond of recycled water after slamming into a 4,500 pound concrete block.
