— A Rock Hill woman was arrested early Thursday morning in a Taco Bell parking lot after police say they found her asleep in the driver’s seat with a marijuana glass pipe in her hand.

Officers arrested the woman, 25, and charged her with possession of marijuana, first offense, and driving under suspension, first offense, according to a police report.

The woman’s Buick Park Avenue had a damaged passenger side wheel because of a collision with a curb, the report states. Police found tire skid marks, wheel hub grease and vehicle parts in the Taco Bell parking lot.

Officers had to knock loudly on the woman’s car window to wake her up, according to the report.

After trying to hide the pipe, the woman told officers her car had broken down and she was waiting in the parking lot for her brother.

When police checked her driving record, they found her license had been suspended two days earlier for an alcohol violation, the report states.

Officers seized about 2 grams of marijuana and a generic Xanax pill from the woman, according to the report.
