Police: Rock Hill woman reports rape

A 40-year-old Rock Hill woman told police she had been raped on Tuesday, according to reports.

The woman told police that she took a shower and went to bed late Monday in her apartment after having drinks with a relative.

When she woke up the next morning, she found that her underwear had been removed, according to the report.

The victim was taken to Piedmont Medical Center for examination. No charges have been filed.
