This video contains a reenactment of Julia Phillips' experience the night her boyfriend Melvin Roberts was murdered. Phillips walked police through what she says happened, including her claim that an unknown man wrapped duct tape around her legs, head and wrists and drug her behind a retaining wall in Roberts' yard. The video was shown in court on Aug. 30 during Phillips' murder trial in York County. Some of the audio is difficult to hear because police filmed the reenactment on a windy day.
