Diamond ring valued at $17,000 reported missing in Fort Mill

August 31, 2013

— A Fort Mill man told deputies this week that his wife’s 2.5 carat diamond engagement ring worth a whopping $17,000 is missing, according to police reports.

The ring was last worn to a wedding in mid-June, then the wife took it off and was unable to find it, the man told officers.

The ring is described as white gold with the one diamond.
