Little schools

•  Offensive player: Dre Bailey, Lewisville – running back picked up 214 yards on 30 carries, scoring five rushing touchdowns. Bailey also threw a 6-yard touchdown pass in the Lions’ win over Andrew Jackson.

•  Defensive player: Daryl Foster, Chester – linebacker made 10 tackles and scored a pair of defensive touchdowns (43-yard fumble return, 25-yard interception return) in the Cyclones’ loss to South Pointe.

•  Offensive lineman: P.J. Lucas, Lewisville – lineman helped the Lions rush for 267 yards, graded 91 percent and made seven knockdowns in win over Andrew Jackson.

•  Defensive lineman: J.R. Gordon, Lewisville – defensive lineman made six tackles, including two for loss, and 1.5 sacks in win over Andrew Jackson.

•  Special teams: Shea Rodgers, Indian Land – kicker converted all five point-after tries, kicked off for five touchbacks and hit five punts for a 42-yard average, including two inside the 20.

Big schools

•  Offensive player: Deshaw Andrews, York – quarterback completed 22 of 34 passes for 352 yards and four touchdowns. Andrews also ran for 65 yards and another score in the Cougars’ win over Boiling Springs.

•  Defensive player: Blake Hill, Nation Ford – defensive back made eight tackles, including five for loss, broke up two passes and forced a fumble in the Falcons’ win over Lugoff-Elgin.

•  Offensive lineman: Raydon McCloud, Northwestern – big senior graded 91 percent and made three pancakes in the Trojans’ win over South Aiken.

•  Defensive lineman: Cam Bell, Rock Hill – defensive lineman made six tackles and a sack in Rock Hill’s win over Conway.

•  Special teams: Buddy Anderson, York – kicker converted 3 of 4 point-after tries and nailed the game-winning 35-yard field goal with three seconds left in the Cougars’ win over Boiling Springs.
