— A drunk Rock Hill man was arrested after police say he crashed his car into a Cherry Road business.

Police responding to Logo Works at about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday learned that the driver, Constantino Moreno, 55, left after the wreck, according to a Rock Hill Police report. Police found Moreno walking to his Williams Street home.

Moreno told police that he crashed his car into a building, the report states, and said he had three beers. He failed several field sobriety tests and declined EMS treatment despite injuries to his face and mouth.

Police took Moreno to Piedmont Medical Center. He was released and charged with driving under the influence.
