Police: Drunk man with gun found roaming Rock Hill neighborhood

A drunken Rock Hill man was arrested Sunday night after he was found roaming the streets brandishing a black revolver, according to police reports.

The 69-year-old man was stumbling on the sidewalk holding a pistol in his hand when Rock Hill police officers responded to a call about a man with a gun.

According to the report, the man was arguing with his wife and then got his gun and began walking outside his home on Martin Avenue. Officers said he was intoxicated at the time and had trouble standing.

The man was charged with public disorderly conduct and the gun was recovered by police.
