Julia Phillips in court on probation violation

Convicted murderer Julia Phillips was back in court Nov. 12, 2013 because of a probation violation. Phillips faced allegations that she had failed to pay more than $1,000 in court-ordered restitution as a condition of her probation on a felony breach of trust charge.
