Williams & Fudge of Rock Hill has been topped the “Best Places to Work in Collections” for the fifth consecutive year by insideARM.com and Best Companies Group. The survey and award program is designed to honor the best places of employment in the accounts receivable management industry.

“What is really special about the honor is that it is voted on by the employees through a totally independent survey,” said David Williams, the company’s executive vice president.

Companies entered the two-part survey process to determine the “Best Places to Work in Collections.” The first part evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part was an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determine the top companies.

In 2013, Williams & Fudge won the large company category, 250 or more employees, for the third consecutive year. It won the medium company category in 2010 and 2009.
