Man steals BB&T customer's cash outside Chester bank

Chester Police are looking for a man who robbed a BB&T customer Friday morning outside the bank.

Officers were dispatched to 115 Saluda Street at 11:36 a.m. after learning an unknown man snatched a banking bag full of money from the victim, according to a press release from Chester Police Department.

The robber fled on foot, heading toward Hudson Street. Within two minutes officers arrived on scene to search and locate the suspect. As of 1:30 p.m., the suspect hasn't been apprehended.

The robber is described as a tall, slender man wearing dark blue colored jeans and a puffy style camouflage jacket with a hood.
