— Police have arrested one of three men who allegedly attacked and robbed a man while he was waiting outside Rock Hill’s Renew Our Community center on Wednesday.

At about 9:30 a.m., police were sent to ROC’s headquarters on White Street after receiving reports of a robbery and assault, according to a Rock Hill police report. Police spoke with a man, 20, who claimed that three men threw him to the ground, punched him several times and stole his cell phone, a pack of cigarettes and $2.85.

The victim was able to identify one of the suspects as “Twist,” the report states, but he could not provide any more information.

Police later arrested Torie Tavon Wilkes, 34, and charged him with strong arm robbery. No more arrests had been made by Thursday morning.
