ROCK HILL — A Rock Hill woman, 75, was charged with criminal domestic violence this week after allegedly pointing a loaded hangun at her husband, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office police report.
Deputies arrested Loretta Passmore Molck, 75, of Douglas Drive, after a call for service involving a handgun. After four deputies arrived, the husband told police his wife was upstairs with a gun, and he had taken video of her pointing the gun at him. Police found the gun upstairs on a nightstand with the hammer pulled back and nine live rounds in it. No one was injured.
Police seized the gun and after reviewing the video also kept the video for evidence. Molck was released Thursday after posting $10,000 bond, according to detention officers at the York County jail.
