— Police in York have charged a convicted felon with three counts of attempted murder after a shooting incident.

Kejuan Deangelo Dye, 20, is being held without bond, according to York County Detention Center officials. In addition to three counts of attempted murder, Dye faces four drug charges involving cocaine, marijuana and prescription narcotics, as well as possession of a firearm by a person already convicted of a violent felony.

The charges come from an incident on Westwood Drive in York Jan. 18 where Dye allegedly fired a gun at three victims just after noon, according to York police. No one was injured, but the victims told police that Dye was the shooter who first fired a shot into the air, then fired at the three victims as they tried to leave.

Dye was picked up Saturday by sheriff's deputies, when he also had the drugs in his possession, according to the York Police Department.
