Dashcam: SC DOT chief charged With DUI

Robert St. Onge, the S.C. Secretary of Transportation, was charged Friday morning with DUI. St. Onge was pulled over by a Lexington County Sheriff's deputy on I-20 at Bush River Road. A S.C. Highway Patrol trooper administered a field sobriety test and charged St. Onge. This is the SCHP dashcam video.
