Two men were arrested Wednesday afternoon after police were called to a fight outside a Rock Hill home on North Jones Avenue, according to police reports.

When police arrived, a group of people were "pushing and shoving" each other, a report stated. One of them, Daniel Funderburk, 27, was shouting profanities and when asked for his name, cursed and threatened officers.

Funderburk's mother, who was also present, told police her son's identity. He was charged with public disorderly conduct and failure to identify.

The second man, John Funderburk, 42, was held by officers for fighting. When he was being searched, officers found Oxycotin pills in his pocket, a report stated.

He told police he bought them from a woman at a nearby convenience store.

John Funderburk was charged with possession with intent to distribute Oxycotin and another drug charge because he was arrested within a half mile of a public park.

It is unclear if the two men are related to one another.
