— A Rock Hill woman is accused of harassing, chasing and flinging her purse at several neighborhood children before she pulled down her pants to moon them on Sunday, police say.

Authorities were sent to an Iris Circle home, off Willowbrook Avenue, after a mother, 36, reported that a neighbor has been harassing her children and her neighbor’s children in recent weeks, according to a Rock Hill police report. Another woman, 34, told police that on Sunday, she opened the front door to find her two children and other kids banging on the door, claiming that a neighbor, 57, was chasing them and shouting profanities at them.

The woman stepped outside and witnessed the neighbor continue to cuss at the kids as she walked towards her trailer, the report states. As the woman reached her front door, she shouted, “I’ve got something for you,” and pulled down her pants, exposing her backside to the woman and her children. The woman’s children also reported that the neighbor threw her purse at them, the report states.

Officers spoke with the woman, who claimed that she thought the children wanted her purse so she threw it to them, the report states. She told police she was not trying to hurt the children, and denied exposing “any part of herself” to them.

By Monday, the woman had not been charged but police continue to investigate.
