— Red Ventures is moving its sales operations in Texas and Florida to its offices in Indian Land and Charlotte, company officials announced Thursday.

More than 200 employees in San Antonio and Miami have been offered the opportunity to relocate to the region over the next six months.

“We’re continuously looking for ways to improve our business model and increase the value we bring to our partners,” CEO Ric Elias said. “We’re simply more effective when we’re in close proximity to our sales operations, and we’ve proven that we can attract high-caliber talent in this growing region.”

Red Ventures continues to “grow aggressively,” said spokeswoman Kylie McQuain. Forty-five people started work on Monday, she said. The company continues to recruit inside sales agents, web developers and analysts. Red Ventures currently employs about 1,800 people.

The company markets and sells products and services on behalf of large brands in industries such as security, telecommunications, Internet and insurance.

In May, Red Ventures is expected to move into a 180,000-square-foot building at its Indian Land campus.

It is the company’s fourth expansion since 2009. Amenities in the new facility include a six-lane bowling alley, beer garden, a four-restaurant food court and an amphitheater. Amenities at the current campus include a gym, indoor basketball court and a restaurant that offers subsidized meals.
