— A man and a woman were arrested Tuesday in connection with a shoplifting incident that turned into an armed robbery at the Walmart in Rock Hill on April 13.

Jackleen Mullen, 17, and Levar Allen, 36, both of Rock Hill, allegedly conspired to steak kitchen knives from the Walmart on Dave Lyle Boulevard.

According to the original incident report, Mullen took the knives from the shelf and put them in her bag. When she tried to leave the store, a manager approached her and Allen held out a pocket knife and said, “Don’t touch her...I’ll cut you.” The pair then left the store.

Police were able to view security footage and have been looking for the pair since the incident.

Mullen and Allen are charged with armed robbery and criminal conspiracy.
