Storms knock out power to more than 4,300 Rock Hill customers

Storms knocked out power to 4,361 Rock Hill customers Saturday afternoon, according to the city's website. Rock Hill police report traffic lights along Celanese into Newport are not working.

So far, no trees have been reported toppled, according to Rock Hill police.

All severe thunderstorm warnings issued for York County have expired.
