3 arrested on meth charges at Rock Hill Walgreens

— Three people were arrested on methamphetamine charges this week at a Walgreen's store in Rock Hill.

Officers with the York County Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit say Mincie McNamara, 43, of York was found in possession of 3.3 grams of meth at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday while at the Celanese Road store, according to a York County Sheriff's Office report.

Wonda Zissett, 49, and Jason Talley, 38, had .01 grams of meth and 5 Hydromorphone pills, the report states.

McNamara was charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute within the proximity of a school. Rosewood Elementary is less than half a mile away. McNamara has been released from the York County Detention Center.

Talley and Zissett were charged with possession of meth and possession of Hydromorphone. They are being held on $5,000 and $8,000 bonds, respectively.
