Cocky's Reading Express visits Rock Hill

The University of South Carolina mascot, Cocky, and Cocky's Reading Express made a stop in Rock Hill on Tuesday at the York County Library. He and a team of volunteers shared stories with children and gave everyone that came a free book to encourage literacy, especially during the summer.
