— One driver is dead after a two-car collision in Fort Lawn early Monday morning.

Sandra Darlene Coleman, 46, of Lancaster, was pronounced dead on the scene. She died from multiple traumas, said Chester County Coroner Terry Tinker.

Coleman was driving north on U.S. 21 in Fort Lawn in a 2014 Honda sedan when the car crossed left of center, according to Lance Cpl. Gary Miller with the S.C. Highway Patrol. She was not wearing a seat belt.

The other car, a Dodge pick-up truck driven by a 23-year-old Charlotte man, hit Coleman's sedan head-on. He was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.

No charges have been filed and the crash is still under investigation.
