— Police have released surveillance video from an armed robbery earlier this week at a Rock Hill gas station where the gunman fired a shot into the ceiling as he was fleeing the store.

At about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to Mr. Express at 2120 Nations Ford Road in reference to an armed robbery that had just occurred. The suspect took money and put it into a bag, according to police.

While he was leaving, the suspect fired one shot, possibly from a BB gun, into the ceiling before running out of the front doors.
