Judge, prosecutor address White during manslaughter, neglect plea

Judge George Addy and prosecutor Willy Thompson speak at the plea hearing of Samuel White. White pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and child neglect in the December 2013 death of his infant daughter. Addy sentenced him to 15 years in prison.
