BUFORD -- On Homecoming at Buford, the Indian Land Warriors brought their best passing attack against the Yellow Jackets' running game. It was Buford's defense which pressured Indian Land's Josh Camarire all night and the rushing of Andrew Jennings and Dillon Hydrick that led to the Yellow Jackets' 25-21 win.
GREENVILLE -- After cruising through its first round match in the Class A playoffs with an 11-0 win, the second-seeded Christ Church boys soccer team pulled away from Indian Land in the second half, holding on for a 3-0 win Thursday at Carson Stadium.
FORT MILL -- Indian Land eked out a 2-1 victory over visiting Fox Creek in extra innings, advancing one step closer to the Class A state softball finals Saturday.
