Authorities arrested a Lancaster man and woman in the shootings Friday night of two people, including a retired city of Lancaster police officer.

The victims’ identities were not available this morning. The retired officer's injuries did not appear to be life threatening, according to a news release issued this morning from Tom Holland, staff attorney with the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office. Information about the other victim’s condition was not available.

Police arrested Charles Walker Raffaldt Jr., 23, of 15840 Highway 200 and Stephanie Denise Myers, 21, of 1418 McIlwain Road, but their specific charges were not available this morning, according to the news release.

Details about the shootings were sketchy this morning. Around 8 p.m. Friday, police were called to Old Linwood Circle regarding a car accident, the release notes. That call was followed by several others regarding two shootings, according to the release, which didn’t specify if shootings occurred at the same location.

Myers and Raffaldt remained in custody this morning at Lancaster County Detention Center.
