CHESTER - Mrs. Marie Dickerson Baker Brawley, 95, of 168 Pinckney St., died Friday, Nov. 16, 2007, at Chester Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Parkway Baptist Church, with Rev. R.B. Ashley officiating. Burial will be at Chester Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Brawley was born Sept. 1, 1912, in Fairfield County, S.C. She was the daughter of the late William Lyles Dickerson and Elizabeth Dean Dickerson. She was formerly employed with Springs Industries and Chester County Nursing Center. Mrs. Brawley was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. Twice married, Mrs. Brawley was the widow of William Eustace Baker and Charles Blackburn Brawley.
Surviving is one daughter, Donna B. Ehrlich and her husband, Terry of Chester; two grandchildren, Travis B. Jenkins and his wife, Ashley of Union and Lynly Ehrlich of Burbank, Calif.; one sister, Myrtle Robinson of Anderson; and several nieces and nephews and her caregiver, Daisy McClurkin.
