ROCK HILL -- Mrs. Eula Mae Long, 81, of 1607 Forest Lake Drive, died Friday, November 30, 2007 at her home.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007 at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road with the Rev. Jeremy Herring officiating. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road in Rock Hill.
A native of Camden, S.C., Mrs. Long was a daughter of the late Walter Thompson and the late Lillie Brewer Thompson. She was a member of Oakwood Acres Baptist Church and worked at the YMCA nursery and retired from Celanese. She was the widow of Hydrick David Long.
Mrs. Long is survived by her sons, David Long of Montreal, Canada and Jody T. Long of Rock Hill; her daughters, Sylvia Long, Lucinda Barker and Anne Marie Long, all of Rock Hill; her sister, Geneva Snyder of Rock Hill; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
