The family expresses the utmost gratitude to Dr.'s Powell and Hurd and the entire staff of Baptist Hospital who cared for J.D. during his battle with this terrible disease. Also special thanks to Chaplain Dee McCullough for leading Nikki, J.D.'s mother, to the Lord.
