CATAWBA -- Mrs. Lelia Louise Black, 70, of 350 Pitts Road died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, with Dr. Larry Parker officiating.
A native of Chester County, S.C., Mrs. Black was a daughter of the late Fredie Carroll Hefner and the late Cora Lee Wilson Hefner. She was of the Church of God faith and the widow of Calvin David Black.
Mrs. Black is survived by two sons, Wayne Hefner of the home and Carroll Hefner of Greer, S.C; four daughters, Darlene Robbins of York, Arleen Fincher and Tammy Glenn, both of Rock Hill and Terry Cope of Lancaster; two brothers, Frederick Hefner of Chester and Jerry Hefner of Fort Lawn; two sisters, Henrietta Lanier of Catawba and Gayle Helms of Edgemoor; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service, at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 E. White St., Rock Hill.
