RICHBURG -- Mrs. Betty Ligon Dixon, 77, died April 24, 2008, at Rock Hill Health Care in Rock Hill.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Mount Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. John Rumford and Rev. Ted Hodges officiating.
A native of Richburg, Mrs. Dixon was a daughter of the late George Thomas and Hazel Morrison Ligon.
She was former owner and operator of Betty's Drapery Shop and a graduate of Lewisville High School and a member of Fort Lawn Baptist Church. She was the widow of Donald F. Dixon.

Surviving are one son, Michael Dixon of Richburg; two daughters, Donna Rollings of Edgemoor and Lorian Yarborough of Chester; one brother, Wayne Ligon of Richburg; one sister, Ruth Giles of Hilton Head; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Ligon.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.
