ROCK HILL -- Ms. Rachel Naomi Potts, 77, of 923 Standard St., Apt. 320, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at her home.
A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, with the Revs. Jerry Devinney and Mike Welch officiating.
A native of York County, S.C., Ms. Potts was a daughter of the late James N. Rainey and the late Lula Brown Rainey. She was a retired LPN and worked for White Oak Manor.
Ms. Potts is survived by her sons, Thomas L. "Pee Wee" Baker and his wife, Sheri and James F. Vincent, all of Rock Hill; her sisters, Helen Ledbetter and Glendora Clack, both of Rock Hill; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, William "Bill" Rainey and Clifford Rainey and her sisters, Lucille Demby and Bobbie Jean Waters.
