ROCK HILL -- Mr. James C. Ingram (Jim), 74, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House of Rock Hill.
The funeral service will be 2 p.m., Friday, July 18, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with the Rev. Mack Mullis officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road.
Mr. Ingram was born in Lancaster County to the late Lillian Reeves Ingram. He was the widower of Agnes Louise Ingram. He retired from the City of Rock Hill and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He loved gardening and working in his yard. He was a loving and devoted father who always put everyone above himself. He was a man of pride and integrity.
Mr. Ingram is survived by his five daughters, Cathy Hutto of Chester, LuAnn Ingram and husband, Chris, of Fort Mill, Sheila Estes and husband, David, Jamie Craig and husband, Donnie, all of Rock Hill, and Candice Ingram of the home; six grandsons, David and Corey Hutto of Chester, Jacob and Ricky Estes of Rock Hill, James Ingram of Fort Mill and Matthew Craig of Rock Hill; seven granddaughters, April Hutto of Chester, Brandi Craig of Rock Hill, Neeley Ingram of Fort Mill, Regina Estes, Heather Hicks, Heather Gregory, all of Rock Hill and Taurie Kennington of Catawba; and eleven great-grandchildren, Dillon Hutto of Chester, Cameron, Peyton, Olivia, Jaxson and Madilyn Craig, Alexa and Autumn Estes, Taleigha Wilson, Jessie James Mericle, all of Rock Hill and Skye Kennington of Catawba.

The family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, July 17, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill and other times at the home of his daughter, Cathy Hutto, 2507 Rodman Road, Chester, SC.
