ROCK HILL -- Ms. Frances Eugenia "Gina" Moore, 67, of 1854 Moore Road, York, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008.
A memorial service celebrating Gina's life will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 19, at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, with the Revs. Daniel Smoak and James Gable officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
A native of York, Ms. Moore was a daughter of the late Rufus Sadler Moore Sr. and the late Margaret Elizabeth Stephenson Moore. She was a lifelong member and the organist for 16 years for Bethesda Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of King's College in Charlotte, N.C., and worked at M. Lowenstein and Sons from 1961-1968 and Springs Industries from 1968 until her retirement in October of 2003. She was a beloved aunt, sister, and friend.
Ms. Moore was preceded in death by her brother, Rufus S. Moore Jr.

She is survived by her brother, Hugh S. Moore of York; her sisters, Nancy Moore Smith and Ann Moore Lane, both of York; her nieces, Sherré S. Walch and Kelly L. Jones, both of Rock Hill, Carla M. Smith and Gina M. Lane, both of York, and Margaret M. Burns of Hickory Grove; her nephews, Eddie A. Smith, Stephen T. Moore and Casey M. Lane, all of York, and Gary R. "Riche" Lane Jr. of West Virginia; and several great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, July 18, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, and other times at the family home place of her brother, Hugh S. Moore, 1051 Cameron Road, York.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to Bethesda Presbyterian Church Cemetery Association, 4858 McConnells Highway, York, SC 29745.
