Sludge spreading raises stink in southwest Rock Hill

Some local residents wants to stop the city of Rock Hill from spreading biosolids, more commonly known as "sludge," from the Manchester Creek wastewater treatment facility onto farmlands near their homes. Although it is treated, it has a very strong smell.
