Northwestern cheerleaders qualify for state competition

Teams from all over the Upstate competed in the Class AAAA Upper State qualifying cheerleading competition Monday at Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, including Northwestern, Rock Hill, South Pointe, Fort Mill, Nation Ford and Clover high schools. Northwestern, above and right, and six other high schools will go on to the state competition Nov. 22 at the Bi-Lo Center in Greenville.
Below are the team scores. The top seven qualified for state meet on Nov. 22 at the Bi-Lo Center
