CORRECTION: Victim in Fort Mill fatal crash failed to yield right of way, police say

A Fort Mill woman who died from injuries suffered in a June 11 crash failed to yield the right of way when she pulled out from a driveway into the path of a Jeep driving on Gold Hill Road, according to a Highway Patrol incident report.
