Man charged in I-77 chase from N.C. and crash in Chester County faces judge

Raekwon Jabari Johnson, 21, of Charlotte, appeared for a bond hearing in Chester County Friday on charges related to an Interstate 77 chase and crash and a foot chase. Police said he was driving a stolen car. His bond was set at $200,000.
