Head Start application
Clover and York Head Start programs are accepting applications for children age 3 and 4 for the 2008-2009 program year. Head Start serves children from low-income families and children with disabilities, including emotional, intellectual and physical. Services provided by the program include education, nutrition, medical, dental, social services, parent involvement and special education. Head Start participates in the USDA Child Care Food Program and breakfast and lunch are served to Head Start students at no cost to the families.
To enroll in the program, parents must present a legal birth certificate, immunization records, proof of income for 2007 and social security numbers for everybody in the household.
