York Police charged a York couple with domestic violence after a physical altercation took place while driving on East Liberty Street on Nov. 18, according to a York Police report.
The couple, a 24-year-old man and 31-year-old woman, started arguing while eating at McDonalds.
The man threw the woman’s food on the floor and they left.
Later in the car, he allegedly told her he wanted her to move out of his home, the report states. That’s when the argument became physical.
The woman, who was driving, stopped the car in a median and police arrived moments later.
Both parties had minor injuries from the fight. Police couldn’t determine that one party was the primary aggressor, the report states, so both were charged with domestic violence.
