A drug bust last week led to charges against a Fort Mill man, one woman and two others, police said.
On Wednesday, June 4, authorities charged Tonja Marie Bartlett, 38, of 3695 Foot Hills Way, Room 714, with possession of cocaine, second offense; possession of Ecstasy, second offense; possession of marijuana, second offense, and violation of the ABC law, according to multiple police reports from York County Sheriff's Office.
Bartlett also was charged with possession of Hydroxyzine, second offense;
possession of Venlafaxine, second offense; possession of Trazodone, second offense; possession of Methocarbamol, second offense, and possession of Celexa, second offense, the reports note. Police charged Stephen Mark Moore, 43, also of 3695 Foot Hills Way, Room 714, with open container of beer, according to the reports.

Also arrested was Michael Oliver Moncure, 44, of 2132 Tiger Paw Lane in Rock Hill. Moncure was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, second offense, and public disorderly conduct, a report notes. Elizabeth Kay Buck, 36, of Charlotte was charged with possession of marijuana, fifth offense; and violation of the ABC law.
The charges stem from an incident that happened June 4 at a gas station on Carowinds Boulevard. During a narcotics investigation, police allege that they found Moncure was intoxicated and possessed approximately 2.5 grams of cocaine,
the report notes. Officers, working with the York County Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit, seized $202 and a 1998 Chevrolet Z-71 pickup truck from Moncure.
During the probe, police allegedly found Bartlett with some cocaine and marijuana as well as an Ecstasy pill and a cup that contained Crown Royal liquor, according to the report.
Police accused Buck of possessing some marijuana and a red cup that contained Crown Royal liquor and accuse Moore of being in possession of a 24 ounce can of Tilt beer, the report notes.
Bond was set at $71,300 for Bartlett; $250 for Moore; $7,757,50 for Moncure and $10,250 for Buck. The group remained in custody Monday night at York County Detention Center in York.
In a separate incident last week, officers with the MJDEU arrested Sheldon Garrett Buchanan, 18, of 916 Majestic Circle, Fort Mill, on June 3 and charged him with distribution of marijuana and distribution of marijuana in proximity to a school. According to a report, Buchanan was arrested at his home following an investigation.
