A 10-year-old boy was found with a baggie of marijuana at Ebenezer Elementary School on Friday, according to a Rock Hill police report.

The student told police he got the drugs from a female student who brought it to a bus stop and tried to exchange the bag for money. When the boy told her he didn’t have money for the drugs, the girl would not take the bag back, the report states.

The two children had spoken about the marijuana the day before while on the school bus together. The girl told police she took the drugs from her father, who kept in a jar next to the couch at home, according to the report.

The drugs were seized by police and no charges are being filed.
