Three women worked together to steal more than $100 worth of liquid laundry detergent from a York store, according to a police report.

Eight containers of Tide and Gain detergents were stolen from the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Liberty Street last Sunday, a York police report states.

A store manager spotted the robbery while reviewing video surveillance, which showed three women enter the store. One woman spoke to a store clerk while another woman selected several types of detergent and another stood by the door, the report reads.

The quality of the surveillance footage was too grainy to identify any of the women on tape, the report notes.

Investigators are working to sharpen the footage for more clues.
