A York man and woman were arrested after police found them with crack pipes, marijuana cigarettes, and an open can of beer in their parked car.

Peter Delucchi, 50, and Patricia Littlejohn, 46, were arrested on drug and alcohol charges on Monday night. Officers spotted the pair sitting in a parked car on Cedar Road.

According to the police report, Littlejohn was spotted holding a steel smoking pipe, a small rock-like substance she told police was crack cocaine, and an open can of Budlight beer while sitting in the car’s passenger seat.

Police also spotted several marijuana cigarettes in the car’s ashtray and another steel smoking pipe under the driver’s seat where Delucchi was sitting. Delucchi told police the cigarettes were his, but not the pipe, the report states.

Both Delucchi and Littlejohn were arrested and transported to York Police Department. The small rock-like substance was sent for further analysis, according to the report.
