Police: Rock Hill man had narcotics, open booze in car with baby in backseat

A Rock Hill man remains in jail after deputies responding to an argument in the parking lot of a pharmacy on Celanese Road found narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and an open bottle of whiskey near a child in the man’s car, according to police and jail records.
