A couple from Mobile, Ala., became upset, knocking over a trash can and ordering an “outrageously large” amount of food late Tuesday night at a Rock Hill Jack In The Box restaurant.

Rock Hill Police officers responded to a call about the two disorderly customers just after midnight at the Jack In The Box on Cherry Road, according to a police report. A restaurant employee told police that a woman and man, ages 36 and 30, wanted to enter the dining room after midnight, when the restaurant ends dining room service.

When the couple was told to leave, the man kicked the door and knocked over a trash can and cigarette butt holder, the employee said. Cat litter from the cigarette butt holder can was scattered across the sidewalk in front of the restaurant door.

Later, the couple began ordering what the employee described to police as “outrageously large amounts of food” by going through the Jack In The Box drive-through several times.

Officers found the couple at the Quality Inn and Suites, where they were staying for the night, the police report states. They were arrested on charges of public disorderly conduct.
